A bearish trend is a general downward movement in the value of a currency pair.
ForexTerms explains Bearish Trend
Only primary trends are called bullish or bearish. Shorter term, secondary trends form and reverse many times in a trading day, so labelling each micro-trend quickly becomes tiresome. For a bearish trend to be established, the price action of a currency pair has to be generally downwards for an extended period of time – usually weeks or months.
